Data we process
This is an information page. It has no forms, no accounts and no medical questions, and we never ask for your name, email address or photos.
- Visit statistics: the page you view, where you came from, time on page and scroll depth, the links and buttons you click, and device details such as screen size, browser, language and time zone. Your IP address is forwarded so a country and city can be derived; we do not keep it ourselves.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records requests (IP address, browser, page) to keep the site secure and running.
How statistics work
Your browser sends statistics to our own endpoint (/api/e/), which forwards them to Amplitude, an analytics provider, in its EU data center. If you visit from the European Economic Area, nothing is measured until you choose "Accept" in the notice. You can reopen that choice from "Privacy choices" at the bottom of the home page.
acne.today
The "Start my analysis" buttons go through a redirect on this site (/go/analysis) to acne.today, a separate paid AI skin analysis. acne.today does not prescribe medicine. The redirect adds a label that tells acne.today you came from this site. Your photo, quiz answers and payment are handled by acne.today under its own privacy policy; we never receive them.

We do not set cookies, show ads or track you across other sites.
Legal grounds and how long we keep data
Statistics from EEA visitors rely on your consent. Statistics from other visitors and server logs rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Server logs are kept for at most 90 days.
Recipients
Amplitude and our hosting provider, only as far as needed. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, or object to processing, at privacy@onlineacnetreatment.com. We answer within four weeks. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local authority.

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
